Trap Neuter Return

The Feral Cats group is also very knowledgeable about Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), a method of humanely managing stray cat populations and reducing stray cat numbers over time.

TNR helps cats, helps wildlife, helps residents, reduces the toll that killing healthy cats takes on shelter workers and reduces money spent on killing.

TNR isn’t yet widely practised in all Australian states. We hope this changes soon.
